Quality Control Inspector

Job Overview
Green Conveyor and Machine Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team! We design and build recycling equipment and systems in-house for customers all over the US. This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility to adapt to a changing work assignment is key.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of in-process components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform testing of mechanical/electrical assemblies and measure dimensional characteristics per blue prints and other documents.
• Create records within a database documenting inspection results and maintain accurate records for traceability and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with production team members to identify areas for improvement and facilitate corrective actions as needed.
• Comply with PPE requirements.
• May be required to stand for long periods of time.

Experience

• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes, including data collection techniques and statistical analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
