Position: HR Compensation Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Pay: $75,000 to $90,000/year (based on experience)
Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 4pm
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the go-to expert for compensation inquiries, partnering with P&C team members and department leaders.
- Conduct detailed job and market analyses using job questionnaires and market data to stay competitive.
- Help maintain and administer our company’s incentive programs and lead the annual merit process with the Director of Compensation & Benefits.
- Collaborate with HRIS and Compensation teams to update and maintain compensation data in Workday, including job profiles and pay grades.
- Ensure our compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Take charge of compensation benchmarking surveys and provide insights from the results.
- Assist with special compensation projects and maintain the company’s job catalog and job descriptions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of compensation experience; familiarity with Workday HRIS is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field. Certification like CCP/GRP is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work confidentially with sensitive employee information.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
