Responsibilities
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain and enhance the company's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Multichannel Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients through email, phone, and live chat channels.
- Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct client walkthroughs or training sessions as requested to ensure clients are proficient in using our software and website resources.
- Technical Issue Resolution:Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to our software and website resources.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues, documenting solutions and insights for future reference.
- Continuous Learning: Quickly learn and stay up-to-date with a variety of websites and software programs to provide comprehensive support.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is required.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar when writing emails.
- Excellent communication skills on the phone, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate various websites and software programs.
- Previous experience in providing software and website support is desired.
