The Account Manager must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of landscape maintenance to include: sales, production, estimating and customer relations. Must oversee all interactions with the customer and keep the client informed of work progress as well as oversee issues. A degree in the green industry is preferred. Key Success Factors. The Administrative Support Specialist must have at least three years of experience as an administrative assistant in a professional work setting. The applicant must be bilingual both in written and verbal communication. Proficient in the following: Excel, Word and QuickBooks. .
Applicant must have a high level of competency with a variety of machines and brands to include but not limited to engines, tires, trailers, blowers, mowers and skid steers. Applicant must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to read manuals and communicate with the fleet manager of schedule regarding preventative maintenance. Applicant is responsible for bringing and maintaining their own tools. Fabrication work is a plus
