The Account Manager must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of landscape maintenance to include: sales, production, estimating and customer relations. Must oversee all interactions with the customer and keep the client informed of work progress as well as oversee issues. A degree in the green industry is preferred. Key Success Factors.
