DAY TO DAY AS A MEMBER SPECIALIST
As a Member Specialist at Greenville Federal Credit Union, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional member service.
This position is universal and focuses on addressing all member requests with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
You will greet members, open new accounts, and facilitate transactions, including ACH stop pays and wire transfers. Additionally, you'll take loan applications, process payments, and ensure that closings are accurately completed and timely.
With an emphasis on cross-selling products and services, you'll be instrumental in educating our members about financial solutions tailored to their needs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A MEMBER SPECIALIST
