What we offer:
- Compensation: Up to $25.00 per hour, based on education and experience
- Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No nights or weekends.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of the students Individualized Education (IEP).
- Implement appropriate behavior management strategies and techniques.
- Observe/Record data related to behavioral concerns to assess/monitor the progress of the student.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients’ behavioral and developmental needs.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your expertise in behavior management and techniques.
- Assist students within the classroom/program setting during participation in special subjects such as physical education, vocational programs, and field trips.
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- A genuine passion for working with children, along with patience and compassion.
Preferred/Nice to have:
- Experience working with children with special needs or autism through volunteer work, employment, or other relevant experiences.
