Are you passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and making an impact in the roofing industry? We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base across the New York City Metropolitan Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture new and existing client relationships within your territory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Be a proactive ambassador of our services, consistently communicating and promoting our offerings.
- Consult with clients to specify roofing system repairs that meet their needs and adhere to industry standards.
- Represent Greenwood Roof Services at trade shows, expos, and marketing events to boost our market presence.
- Generate leads for repair and service work through cold calling, referrals, account management, and networking.
- Leverage our Sales CRM daily for account management, scheduling, proposal development, and tracking sales activities.
- Use our Service CRM to assess roof conditions in the field and develop comprehensive repair proposals.
- Engage in ongoing sales meetings, training, and professional development through manufacturer seminars and conferences.
- Estimate existing roof conditions accurately and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure project success and provide necessary support.
- Assist with receivables for your accounts as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Excellent work ethic and competitive mindset
- 5 years experience in sales, preferably within the commercial or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented

Work Location:
This is a remote position; however, the employee must reside within the New York City Metropolitan Area to effectively service and manage responsibilities within the assigned territory.
