Job Description
Gridless is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, train and motivate sales reps. The Sales Manager will lead the Gridless security sales team and focus on growing our business of solar powered, outdoor security cameras. As an early member of this fast-growing organization, you will work in a fast paced environment and need to be able to pivot and adapt. The Sales Manager will hire, develop, and help lead the team to help the company grow into a national brand.
Responsibilities Include
- Lead, coach, and work through pipeline reviews with the sales team.
- Help direct report learn to prospect and close new accounts.
- Work with the founding team on sales strategy and scaling into new territories.
- Hire new candidates and build new sales processes.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years in direct sales management experience
- Hard-working, team player, good motivator that has the ability to be authoritative when necessary
- Ability to develop relationships and engage at all levels within partners (Sales to C-suite)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple priorities, achieve deadlines
- Technology or security sales experience (preferred)
- High level written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work in a startup environment with a small, growing team
- Bachelor's Degree required

- Estimated Annual Pay Range is comprised of base compensation and commissions
