Overview
We have an opening for an Account Coordinator to join our growing team in Philadelphia. Successful candidates will have previous PR internship experience with solid writing and communication skills. Superior organization and time management skills are also a must.
PLEASE NOTE: Remote work is not available for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain client coverage grids; assist with building monthly coverage reports
- Assist Account Executive with editorial opportunities and media list research and building
- Assist Account Executive with media outreach and follow-up
- Maintain PR contact database and assist Account Executive with updating company blogs and social media outlets
Requirements:
- Previous PR agency internship experience, with a focus on Media Relations
- Highly detail oriented
- Strong time management skills
- Confident communicator with great writing skills
- Savvy with social media
- A passion for technology
