Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of business processes, systems and data in the capital markets or bond markets area.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Perform data analysis and create detailed reports to support decision-making processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project plans.
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital markets or fixed income markets industry.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Commerce or related field.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets products including equities, fixed income, derivatives and investment banking.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and queries.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.
