Global Student Accommodation (GSA) is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to assume responsibility for leading capital expenditure across the US Portfolio (owned and new acquisitions). The successful individual will report to the US Construction Director, as part of the US Construction Team function. Broader stakeholders will include the global Real Estate (RE) team; the wider GSA team, and; our sister business and global operationing partner, Yugo.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects in property and construction, ideally with exposure in purpose built student accommodation (PBSA). This candidate will be an engaged and results driven individual, with a strong working history developing stakeholder relationships to ensure business success.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage Capital Expenditure – Oversee budgets, maintenance, and compliance for the US portfolio.
- Lead Projects & Risk Management – Deliver capital works, handle insurance claims, and conduct due diligence.
- Enhance Asset Value – Identify and execute property upgrades, efficiency initiatives, and redevelopment.
- Engage Stakeholders & Reporting – Collaborate with partners and ensure accurate financial and operational reporting.

Salary Guide
The banding for this position is a Base Salary of $90k to $120k, depending on the professional & industry experience of the candidate.
The successful candidate will be included in the Company Employee Incentice Scheme, and will have a base inclusion of up to 15% of base salary.
All Incentive payments are subject to both Employee & Company Performance.
