Groff Tractor & Equipment, LLC. a leading construction equipment dealership in Pennsylvania is looking for an individual to immediately fill the full-time position of SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR.
Previous experience in the heavy construction equipment industry or the automotive industry is preferred. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering customer phone calls, inputting service technician’s times onto work orders, processing work orders, ordering shop supplies, general office support for the service manager, etc.
Requirements for this position are:
- Above average computer skills. Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Highly motivated & organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Good customer relation & communication skills
- Background in the automotive or heavy equipment industry (preferred)
