What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate, Project Management Operations position at Guggenheim Partners?
Guggenheim Investments is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Project Manager to join its Project Management team reporting directly to the Head of Project Management. The ideal candidate should have a “can-do” attitude and will support projects, programs, and strategic initiatives that span Guggenheim Investments. Projects range from process improvement, compliance/regulatory system implementations, divestitures, and other special projects.
The role is based in our Darien, CT office and will require occasional travel to our New York City office.
Project Oversight
- Provide hands-on support to team members by rolling up their sleeves and performing all responsibilities needed to help plan organize and drive projects throughout the project lifecycle to ensure success
- Assist scheduling project meetings taking meeting minutes and updating Monday.com updates
- Assist in to track progress of key milestones deliverables tasks and action items and ensure all Project Plans are up to date
- Assist with project management deliverables for presentation to executivesProvide assistance on various ad-hoc and special projects as directed by management
Stakeholder Management
- Develop trust and credibility with project stakeholders
- Prior experience in Investment Management, Financial Services, or related industry
- Familiarity with project management platforms like Monday.com
- PMP or other project management certifications a plus
