Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
- Bill freight invoices per customers' contracts
- Work with customers to get information needed to process payments
- Upload invoices into customers' portal as needed
- Assist in customers account reconciliation
- Reconcile rate variance with customers to insure accurate billing
- Provide POD documentations
- Track and research outstanding claims
- Assist with answering phones and greeting customers and vendors
- Processing credit card payments
- 1 - 2 years of transportation billing experience a plus
- Must have QuickBooks experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Associate's degree in accounting preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Quickbooks experience preferred
