Gulf States Automation needs an Administrative Assistant for Pelham Office. Work hours are Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with competitive pay and excellent benefits. We are looking for dependable candidates that have strong communication skills and can handle numerous administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle office correspondences, including phone calls, emails and mail.
· Assist the Operations Department with coordinating service calls.
· Light inventory duties.
· Work with accounting through Teamwork Application on service billing.
· Miscellaneous administrative roles – office filing, maintaining company files, and ordering office supplies.
Preferred Skills
· Strong organization and time management skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
· Work as a team member or independently.
· Ability to multitask effectively.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
