Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for:
- Processing and expediting customer orders and quotes via phone, fax, or email.
- Providing assistance with technical support.
- Supporting Quality Control with customer returns and complaints.
- Performing routine customer service tasks.
- Scanning customer orders and ship prints using.
- Informing customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer.
- Checking inventory control file for available stock to fill or manufacture orders.
- Soliciting sale of new or additional merchandise.
- Computing price, discount and delivery date.
- Recording special types of shipping, packing or labeling required by customer order.
- Computing price, discount, and delivery date.
