Automotive Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Development and retention of teammates
• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level
• Serving all automotive service needs of customers
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team
• Maintain compliance with quality standards
• Setting, confirming and preparing for appointments to expedite the customer's service experience
• Determining vehicle needs based on customer information, a vehicle walk-around and technician's multi-point inspection
• Producing repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates
• Communicating frequently with Technicians and Parts Associates to ensure timely completion of work
• Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of automobiles / tires / parts
• Valid Drivers License
• Computer and Technology Skills (Including Tablets)
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Good organization, time management and communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• High Level of Motivation and Energy
• Automobile Service Consultant Certification a plus
• Fluent in Spanish is helpful
