Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and educated Architect to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise, offering an exciting opportunity to lead projects that range from residential Remodels and Additions to New Custom Homes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards. In this role you will work alongside construction Project Managers through design phases and support with client support issues as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, vendors and construction teams to deliver integrated and sustainable design solutions.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the professional development of the design team.

Qualifications:

• Active Architectural License
• Professional degree in Architecture/ Design or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, with 2 years in residential construction.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects, with an emphasis on creativity, technical proficiency, and sustainable design.
• Expertise in relevant software, including AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
