The National Sales Manager will be based at the Hackney Furniture headquarters in Louisville, TN (Knoxville area) and will make frequent day trips to the manufacturing facility located in Sneedville, TN.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage key customer relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that drive sales growth.
- Represent Hackney at tradeshows and other events
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager role or similar position, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Proficient in Hubspot or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
