We are currently looking to expand our team with the addition of a Clean Energy Appointment Specialist assistant in our Phelps, NY office. This position serves as an integral part of our business by being the primary point of contact between our existing customer/"warm lead" base and our team of expert Home Solutions Experts. The Clean Energy Appointment Specialist is responsible for contacting these customers, listening to how they would like to repair or improve their home and determining the appropriate advisor to set the appointment with. This is NOT telesales or cold-calling, every individual you speak with has either pro-actively contacted us with an interest in our services or has been referred to us by one of our satisfied customers. We're looking for individuals who possess the desire to help normal, everyday people solve their home energy and repair needs through innovative programs and services--including renewable energy, state-of-the-art efficient HVAC systems, insulation/air-sealing measures and much more!
Qualifications:
-Customer service or call center environment experience is preferred but not essential.
-Must be comfortable being on the phone and sitting at a desk for long periods of time
-Strong organizational and problem-solving acumen
-Ability to provide exemplary customer service continuously over the phone
-Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs with a general understanding of Windows OS and the ability to learn new software with relative ease
-Time management skills are and absolute must; you must possess the ability to prioritize tasks
-Knowledge of the Finger Lakes and surrounding geographical areas is a plus
