Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Program Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our team. In this role, you will assist with communication, document preparation, record-keeping, and office organization, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows. You will handle a variety of tasks, including email correspondence, document editing, data entry, meeting coordination, and report generation. Qualifications :
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of college preferred
- Trauma-informed preferred
- One year of office experience, including computer skills required.
- One year of administrative position in social services or human services field preferred.
