Hall Render is seeking an experienced Transactions Associate to join our dynamic Health Transactions Practice Group in Denver, Colorado. Opportunities and Responsibilities:
- Corporate Governance: Advise senior management and the board of directors on governance issues, best practices, and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Advise clients on relevant local, state, and federal laws, including healthcare compliance laws and regulations.
- Strategic Transactions: Provide legal counsel on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and other strategic transactions and partnerships.
- Day-to-Day Legal Support: Provide ongoing legal counsel across a variety of business functions on various operations and related issues for large hospital systems, community hospitals, physician groups and critical access hospitals.
We’re looking for:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Colorado.
- At least 3-6 years of transactions experience.

- For purposes of complying with Colorado pay transparency requirements, a good faith estimation of the annualized salary range for this role will be $175,000 to $210,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
