Fulfillment Coordinator (Receiving & Quality Control)

This is an on-site Fulfillment position in our Kirkland, WA fulfillment center, specifically focusing on coordinating and overseeing day-to-day receiving efforts, utilizing available resources to ensure timely and accurate receipt and disposition of goods. This opening is for 1st shift, working Monday through Friday from 7:00-3:30pm PT.  The estimated hourly rate range for this position is between $17.00 - $22.00 USD, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, and store daily inbound shipments from: USPS, UPS, FedEx, LTL, FCL, Courier, etc. 
• Coordinate quality control per purchase order instructions
• Communicate receipt of goods to purchaser and handle appropriate paperwork
• Identify and label products accurately and timely 
• Deliver packages to appropriate individuals/teams
• Assist with all fulfillment center functions including shipping, fulfillment services, kitting/assembly projects, inventory control, cycle counts, general recycling, and cleanliness of facility
• Check and respond to company emails
• Maintain neat and orderly appearance of entire warehouse
• Operate forklifts, stand-up electric pallet jacks and/or manual pallet jacks

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes
• High School diploma or GED required
• 2 years of shipping and receiving experience, forklift license preferred
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred
• Motivated by deadline-oriented work environment
• Able to work overtime when required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Pushing and pulling up to 200 pounds with assistance of rolling carts

Compensation:  The estimated base hourly rate for this position is between $17 and $22 per hour. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
