Summary of Job Duties:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial documents and contracts for the Office of Addiction Response.
- Coordinate and provide assistance with grant compliance.
- Prepare and submit financial reports and resolutions.
- Report administrative fiscal operations by processing invoices, purchase orders, and travel reimbursements.
- Maintains and troubleshoots budgeting and financial systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration or closely related field from an accredited college or university with coursework in business statistics AND
- One (1) year of experience in accounting or budgeting which evidences a comprehensive knowledge of regulations & procedures governing fiscal activities.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
