VP Project Finance and M&A Investment Banking – Renewables & Infrastructure
We are seeking a VP to join our Investment Banking Division, supporting the North America Power and Renewables business. Experience in Latin America is a plus but not required. The role focuses on originating and executing transactions, including M&A, debt, equity, financial advisory, and structured finance.
Responsibilities
- Support senior team members in origination and execution of investment banking transactions.
- Conduct company, industry, and product analyses to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and oversee financial models, pitch books, term sheets, and related materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external investors to execute deals.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain ethical standards.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in renewables and infrastructure finance in North America.
- Proven success in executing M&A and structured finance transactions.
- Strong knowledge of the renewables and infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent financial modeling and communication skills.
- Ability to travel and work under tight deadlines.

Salary : $190,000 - $260,000
