Hotel Front Desk Representative Hotel Guest Service Associates are responsible for the registration process and guest services. Highly visible position has a direct impact on establishing the guest experience so friendly proactive attitude is a must. Duties include but not limited to the following: administrative, monetary, sales, receptionist and guest services tasks.
Team members must be reliable and open availability with excellent attendance.
