Job Purpose
Responsible for making the pricing insights by collecting and analysing market price information.
It is also responsible for the operation of Rebate programs, promotion planning, and performance analysis by sales channel. And responding to the sales operation claims, SAP management, customer communication, and any necessary related cross departmental communication. This role is expected to learn about the tire business and operation for price & program, data gathering and analysis.
Key Accountabilities
[Price & Program]
- Implement market trends and information collection and analysis for consistent and competitive pricing
- Manage the price master and operate the claim process
- Design and operate annual rebate program for assisting the Sales
- Managing monthly and annual program payment
[Promotion]
- Manage the MI data through collecting the Tire market trends and promotion information
- Operating the sales promotion for each customers and analyze the promotion performance
- Operate the SAP systems related to promotions and respond to customer claims of promotion

- Works in collaboration with manager, sales & marketing, supply chain, and customers

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Data analysis, Statistics, Business Administration, or related area preferred
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Automotive industry or dealer program preferred
- Previous SAP experience preferred
