Hanover College seeks a non tenure-track Instructor in Education with continuing full-time appointment. Required qualifications include Master's Degree in Education or related field; knowledge and experience in and around Elementary Education, with emphasis in and around reading/literacy; experience teaching the Science of Reading; 5 years teaching in the elementary setting (grades K-6); Experience teaching at the college level preferred. Teacher Preparation Skills: classroom management, pedagogy/methods, diversity. A commitment to diversity and inclusion is essential. The Educator Preparation Program at Hanover College has been accredited since 1954. Hanover College is the oldest private college in Indiana and has established a strong reputation for excellence in teacher preparation.
