We are seeking a local, highly motivated Senior/Lead Recruiter to join our team! This role would help mentor junior recruiters and help with other lead role tasks. This is a fast-paced position requiring you to have strong proficiency with database management and standard office efficiency suites, including Excel and Outlook. This is a hybrid position, requiring at least 2-3 days a week in the Lexington, SC office.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication ski
