Duties
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in the daycare setting.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster childhood development.

- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive team environment.
- Work with children with disabilities, adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience in daycare settings or similar childcare roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain order and engagement.
- Ability to educate children through play-based learning methods.
- Experience in toddler care and babysitting is highly valued.
- Familiarity with special education practices for working with children with disabilities is a plus.
