What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog Daycare Attendant / Bather position at PupsPort Dog Daycare & Grooming?
***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE***
PupsPort is located in South Philly in the Pennsport Plaza. We are currently in search of a day shift daycare attendant/bather.
Hours: M-F 9am to 4pm
Pay: Starting at $13.00 per hour plus commission for all grooming services.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to.
Daycare: Maintain control of a group of open play dogs at all times to ensure a safe environment. Maintain visual observation of dogs at all times and spread attention and play among all dogs in the playgroup. Address behavioral issues proactively in a timely and effective manner. Clean up messes and handle dogs how instructed by owner and or management.
Bathing/grooming: Demonstrate ability to groom dogs (express anal glands/bath/blow dry/brush out/clean ears/brush teeth/nails) and clean the grooming area daily to our company standard.
***Having nail clipping and nail grinding (Dremel) experience is a must.***
