What are the responsibilities and job description for the USMC MPT Manpower & Personnel (Workforce) Analyst position at Harkcon Inc?
Harkcon, Inc. is hiring a Manpower & Personnel Analyst to join a team supporting the USMC with a Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) analysis of the Amphibious Combat Vehicle. The person best suited for this role will live in the Stafford, VA area as the role requires on-site presence at meetings at Quantico.
REQUIRED:
- BS/BA degree.
- Five (5) years’ experience in Manpower & Personnel analysis in Government systems and acquisition programs, and two (2) years relevant experience in at least two (2) of the following areas:
- Development of manpower requirements (KPPs or similar);
- Development of manpower documentation such as Ship Manpower Documents (SMDs), Preliminary Ship Manpower Documents (PSMDs), Manpower Estimate Reports (MERs), Manpower Personnel Training Plans (MPTP);
- Analysis and development of KSA requirements;
- Conduct Job Task Analysis and its relationship to Manpower/Personnel;
- Conduct Manpower Analysis;
- Development of manpower billet definitions as well as associated career progression paths.
- Secret clearance - required.
DESIRED:
- Completed Mission Task Analysis Tool (MTAT) training.
