Position Overview
As a Wellness Account Manager at Harmony Health, you will be responsible for selling health coverage plans and complementary wellness products while delivering exceptional customer support. You will also play a key role in client retention, ensuring that customers stay engaged and satisfied with the solutions provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts focused on health and wellness products
- Sell health insurance plans and complementary products such as wellness programs, and supplemental products.
- Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and regular follow-ups
- Ensure client retention by offering proactive solutions and staying engaged with their needs over time
- Conduct consultations to assess clients’ wellness goals and recommend tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to offer informed recommendations
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and support issues using our CRM system
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide top-notch customer support and maintain client relationships
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems is a plus
