What are the responsibilities and job description for the Development Coordinator position at Harmony School?
Harmony School in Bloomington, Indiana is hiring a Development Coordinator. Responsibilities include planning and implementing all fundraising events such as Harmony’s Annual Golf Outing, Alumni Reunions, 3rd Party fundraising efforts and other school-wide events as needed. The Development Coordinator will support all fundraising activities/solicitations, grant writing and donor appreciation efforts. Duties may include donation solicitations, tracking donations, sending thank you letters, PR & Marketing, Social Media management, coordinating event logistics, event volunteers and other duties as needed. This position requires strong organization and communication skills, great attention to detail, strong writing skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Experience with Adobe CS Suite, Canva, Salesforce, WordPress, email marketing and understanding of Harmony community is a plus. Position is roughly 20-25* hrs per week and schedule can be flexible and has potential for some remote work hours (3-5 days a week, mornings and/or afternoons and evenings as needed).
