Havas Media Network North America, the Media Experience agency, is looking for a Supervisor to join the Mx Planning Team, part of our global community of 10,000 team members who are focused on using Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people.The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of tactical media plan while working to implement the brands overall media strategy. The supervisor needs to maintain a high-level knowledge of the clients business and stay on top of industry trends. Take the lead in selecting media partners, owning the negotiation with key partners and providing guidance to the buyers negotiating with smaller partners.
Job Description :
A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
- Provide guidance on RFP creation and approve prior to submission
- Work with planners to evaluate proposals across quantitative and qualitative components
- Oversee recommendation of site partners and work with Associate Director to determine spend and strategy for specialty teams
- Work with Associate Director on total media mix and understand how the many pieces of digital fits within the mix
- Work with planners and buyers to guide flighting strategy across all channels (digital, TV, OOH, print) for the brands, helping to guide creation of flowcharts
- Ensure campaign launch
- Work with analytics team to provide recommendations for optimizations and insights based on monthly digital reporting and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with the Associate Director(s) and VP, Director(s) to organize and manage workflow for the team to fulfill the needs of media planning, analysis and additional requests
- Partner with internal teams to ensure strategic direction and goals are achieved and reflected through the tactical plan recommendations.
