ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements.
Analyze complex business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and implement advanced solutions.
Conduct comprehensive system testing to ensure requirements have been met.
Provide business unit test environments and support.
Create and present detailed reports to technical and non-technical team members.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system workflows.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of business and technical requirements.
Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Comprehensive knowledge of Credit Union Core Application
Comprehensive knowledge of Core 3rd Party Integrated Applications
Comprehensive knowledge of NCUA/FFIEC Regulatory Requirements
Support and train junior staff members and colleagues
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Advanced Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel.
Strong programming skills in languages like JH Proprietary Language, SQL, Python or JavaScript.
Extensive experience with database management systems.
Thorough understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
Expertise in system integration techniques and tools.
Extensive experience with Core Application
Extensive experience with Core 3rd Party Integrated Applications.
Advanced ability to develop and manage technical business solutions.
Strong skills in creating technical documentation and user manuals.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
5 years of experience in a technical business analyst role
Experience in Audit Examinations with internal and external auditors, required
Strong understanding of business processes and technology

Valid driver’s license, good driving record and use of own vehicle
Able to travel to the neighbor islands and out of state as needed
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting for extended periods of time
Dexterity of hands and gingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components
Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals
WORK SCHEDULE:
Days: Monday to Friday
Occasional evening and weekend work required to meet deadlines
On call availability 24/7
Hybrid: After an in-person Monday-Friday training period the Senior Technical Business Analyst can become a hybrid (full day in-office and full day work from home schedule of) half week in person, half week remote position.
Quiet work from home space and high-speed internet required

The expected pay range for the Senior Technical Business Analyst is $90,000 - $110,000/ year.
