JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide world-class service and support to Hawkins projects, generating significant competitive advantages while ensuring full recovery of equipment costs and investments.
CORE DUTIES:
Planning
- Equipment Utilization: Develop equipment mobilization plans based on availability, data, and project schedules.
- Equipment Calls: Receive and manage requests for Hawkins Construction and rental equipment, including excavators, track loaders, wheel loaders, skid loaders, mini excavators, air compressors, welders, etc.
- Equipment Auditing: Ensure location reports are correct and account for all equipment.
- Equipment Time: Perform equipment time assessments weekly to ensure all equipment is charged out correctly.
- Rental Invoicing: Allocate rental invoices weekly to the appropriate jobs.
- Rental Equipment: Communicate with rental vendors on pricing, availability, and equipment status.
Team Leadership
- Communicate plans effectively with the Hawkins Construction team and necessary third parties.
- Involve the team in evaluating options for means and methods, fostering buy-in.
- Uphold Hawkins Construction values and ensure the team embraces them.
- Establish performance expectations, providing tools, guidance, and oversight to meet goals. Hold individuals accountable for unmet goals and provide encouragement for exceeding expectations.
- Maintain team motivation and morale.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stand for long periods of time.

- Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds and other objects.
- Carry tools and equipment.
- Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl for long periods of time.
- Be able to see (naturally or with correction)
