Role: Logistics Coordinator
Contract role
Job Location: Austin, TX - Onsite
Responsibilities include
- Tableau is used frequently in this role
- Strong experience with Excel, Data Analytics and SAP
- The role requires Distribution center experience, experience with systems and third party companies
- The person in this role will coordinate with Distribution Centers (DC), work with 3PLs, use Tableau and other systems and will work on tickets generated by DCs and triage them to find out the root cause behind the issue / concern raised in the ticket
- Oversee outside vendors handling customer returns of products.
- Specific Focus on Receiving and SEMs creation associated with Customer Returns within required turn time.
- Experience desired in SAP, SEMS, Vendor and/or Customer relations.
