Medical Practice Administrator, Private Outpatient Clinic's
Excellent opportunity for a seasoned medical practice administrator with private practice experience to oversee the management and operations of our medical practice. Practice Administrator reports to a managing partner and has a total of 75 FTE's. This is a great opportunity for a Practice Administrator that seeks next step to a Chief Operations Officer. Administrator overseeing the daily operations of main clinic and four satellite clinics' ensuring the effective functioning of a medical practice. Requires bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or health related field a must, Masters preferred. Must have 5 years of private practice daily operations and 4 years management with accountable staff. Role is designed to excel into a COO within one year. Private practice operations background and hands on management style.
Compensation up to 140K base dependent on experience. Relocation package. Medical, dental, vision, additional insurances and 401(k). Great PTO and holiday pay. Year-end discretionary bonus and employer pays medical monthly premium.
