Practice Administrator, Private Practice
Excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional with managerial clinic operations experience to join an exceptional private practice. This leadership opportunity is for a seasoned Administrator with clinic operations seeking the next step in their career. Role has been created to advance into Chief Operations Officer overseeing our robust practice with 4 satellite offices, six providers and eighty staff. Ideal candidate has hands on management skills, clinic practice operations, experience with both front and back of the house. Ability to oversee direct reports and mentor direct report leaders. Requires a degree in healthcare related field, Master’s preferred. 5 years’ experience working clinic operations, private practice a plus. Roll up your sleeves attiude with good communication skills and ability to collaboration with medical staff is key. Ideal candidate has a solid work history and is seeking long term commitment. Ophthalmology or retina acuity background a plus.
Compensation up to 130K base relocation package offered, exceptional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and generous PTO. Year-end discretionary bonus and employer pays medical premium. Increase in compensation with C-Suite advancement.
Location – near Lancaster, Hershey and College Point, Pennsylvania. Beautiful area, safe and clean with wonderful housing and charming downtown.
