Job Overview
- Multiple openings for Surgical Technicians with opportunities for 8-, 10-, and 12-hour day shifts, as well as on-call and full-time positions.
- Active member of the Operating Room Team, ensuring quality surgical patient care, maintaining a safe and aseptic surgical environment, and teaching proper surgical techniques to team members.
- Reports to the department manager or assistant nurse manager.
- Completion of an accredited surgical technologist program, or
- Completion of a training program in the armed forces or Public Health Service Commissioned Corp, or equivalent work experience (even if the program was non-accredited).
- Washington Surgical Technologist Registration (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire).
- 1 year of current experience as a surgical technologist.
- 2 years of operating room (OR) surgical technologist experience.
