We're looking for a motivated and charismatic Roofing Sales Manager to lead our sales crew, inspire success, and help homeowners find the best solutions for their roofing needs.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Door to Door sales reps to hit and exceed their targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs.
- Meet with potential clients, provide top-notch customer service, and close big deals.
- Set clear sales goals, track progress, and celebrate victories (big and small!).
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to installation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and keep the team informed and motivated.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven leader with a knack for coaching and motivating a sales team.
- Roofing or construction sales experience is a plus, but we value leadership skills most of all.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment.
- A competitive spirit with a focus on teamwork.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Compensation:
- 100% Commission
- No experience needed , free top flight trainings will be provided !
- Very aggressive compensation, Bonuses and incentives
- Weekly Commission Pay
- Uncapped commissions that are well above industry average
- Average full-time $90,000 - $150,000 yearly, with an upside of $250,000
