JOB SUMMARY
- The Leadership Development and Culture Manager is primarily responsible for facilitating and growing the Leadership Development and Service Excellence program at Hendrick Health. The Leadership Development and Culture Manager also acts as the "culture keeper" of the organization by partnering closely with Human Resources and organizational leadership to create strategies that promote and assess employee engagement, employee recognition, and professional development and growth opportunities.
