Role Overview:
We are seeking an Automation Script & AI Technology Specialist Intern who is passionate about technology and eager to bring automation and AI solutions to our workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to identify repetitive tasks, design scripts to optimize processes, deploy AI tools, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation & Scripting: Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts to streamline routine tasks across departments, such as inventory management, customer communication, sales and marketing, CRM integrations and order processing.
• AI Tool Deployment: Research, implement, and integrate AI tools to improve decision-making, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with teams to identify pain points in workflows and provide tailored automation solutions.
• Data Handling: Write scripts to clean, process, and analyze data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
• Integration Support: Assist in integrating scripts and AI tools with existing platforms such as Shopify, ShipStation, Klaviyo, Asana, and Airtable.
• Documentation & Training: Document processes, write user-friendly guides for scripts and AI tools, and train team members on new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Zapier, Make) and AI frameworks (e.g., Google APIs, TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs).
• Familiarity with APIs and integration of third-party tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward improving workflows.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify and other tools like Airtable, and ShipStation.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and CRMs like Pipedrive.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
