Motorcoach Bus Driver Benefits:

• Salary: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour including a base hourly rate and built-in Gratuities
• Potential for Cash Tips and Bonuses for Google Reviews
• Guaranteed weekly pay for your first 6 months
• Signing Bonus up to $2,500 for qualified candidates

• $75 Per Diem for overnight trips
• $10 incentive pay for trips starting between midnight and 4am

Requirements

Top candidates for the Motorcoach Bus Driver position will:

• Be at least 25 years of age with two years of passenger transportation experience,
• Have an impeccable lifelong driving history,
• Pass a background screen and pre-employment drug test (including marijuana),
• Have excellent customer service and time management skills,
• Be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends,
• Adapt quickly to state-of-the-art apps and technology,
• Demonstrate the ability to drive safely under pressure and in adverse traffic/weather conditions,
• Be comfortable driving different types of vehicles including EVs, luxury sedans, SUVs, vans, Mini Coaches, Executive Coaches, and Motor Coaches.
