FUNCTION
The Maintenance Technician reports to the Facility Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. Performs routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields. Tasks included but not limited are carpentry; electrical; painting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.
· SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
· Perform building HVAC maintenance as required
· Plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
· Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance
· Perform preventive maintenance tasks
· Respond quickly in the event of an emergency to breakdowns
· Fixes or reports potential safety hazards
· Must be able to work flexible hours including on call after hours emergency schedule
· Must comply with all Company policies and procedures
· Perform other duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
College degree or equivalent work experience.
Three years working experience in facility maintenance.
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry is a plus.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license from the Department Business Professional Regulations (DBPR).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
