Job DescriptionLocation : Stock Island, FL Pay : $20 / hour Experience : Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a multi-family residential setting Education : High school diploma or equivalent Type : Full-time; Temporary 2-week assignment Schedule : Monday - Saturday, Day Shift HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description : Prepare vacant units for new residents including painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs. Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and building systems. Perform preventive maintenance tasks. Address maintenance requests from residents promptly and efficiently. Manage waste disposal and recycling programs. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and situations. Document all maintenance and repair activities. Maintain an inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to use common tools and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
