Job Summary
Now hiring for the position of experienced Maintenance Technician within a small complex. Must be versed in all aspects of general maintenance. Applicants must have the ability to work well with others and the general public. Applicants must be of legal United States status and must speak fluent English. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus. Full or part time position available. Salary range of $20.00 to $30.00 per hour. We are a zero tolerance for drugs complex.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs on electrical systems, including troubleshooting and fixing issues with logic controllers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
