The Company
This firm operates with a lean structure, comprising around 10 dedicated professionals primarily focused on investment and operations. They manage approximately $300 million in Assets Under Management (AUM) and are actively engaged in raising a new capital pool.
The Role
As the VP of Finance & Accounting, you will play a pivotal role as a standalone professional, supporting the company across three major areas of responsibility :
Corporate Accounting
- Develop, monitor, and execute annual business plans for all entities.
- Evaluate and enhance existing financial transaction systems by refining the chart of accounts and establishing robust policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements and comprehensive reporting packages.
