The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience within our Dental office. This position involves coordinating treatment plans, managing patient communications, and supporting the administrative functions of the practice. *Responsibilities*
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments and treatment plans efficiently.
- Communicate with patients regarding their treatment options, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Utilize dental coding knowledge to assist with billing processes and insurance claims.
- Provide support in filing and managing electronic health records using systems such as Open Dental
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls from patients and external providers.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and 10 key typing.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of care for patients.

- Experience in a Dental office setting
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance patient communication.
